Brunch With Books For February 2008

We have chosen books for February 2008! The selection for February 12th is 'The Pilot's Wife', by Anita Shreve. For February 26, 2008 we have chosen a book by Debbie Macomber called 'Where Angels Go'. Read!!! Come and join us. The Library is Cozy and Warm!

BRUNCH WITH BOOKS

Brunch With Books is taking the rest of 2007 off. For our next Brunch, on Tuesday, January 8, 2008, we will be reading Emma, by Jane Austen. On January 22, 2008 we are discussing Al Gore's An Inconvenient Truth. Everyone is Welcome! Yes, we do have brunch.

Buhl Open House!

On Saturday, October 13, 2007 the Buhl-Kinney Senior Center is hosting a community open house. The Buhl Public Library will be there with information on services offered by the library and freebees and drawings, i.e. we will be giving away and mp3 player! The open house begins at 8 a.m. and ends at 2 p.m. Not only will the Library be there but so will be people offering other things such as crafts, a bake sale, exhibits, community information, coffee and a pancake breakfast. In the afternoon music will be provided by Art Lehtonen! Come and enjoy.

Friday - September 29, 2006 Noon to 5 P.M. Bring a plant, take a plant, donate a plant!

Cuttings of the Library Christmas Cactus available for $1.00 (proceeds to go towards gardening books.)

If you have plants that you don't want to exchange you can donate them and we will sell them for $1.00 with the proceeds to go to Children's Programming.
